Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one virtual sessions for addiction, mental health, and concurrent disorders. Weekly or bi-weekly scheduling.

Initial Consultation

A first session to discuss your concerns, treatment options, and determine fit. No commitment to ongoing therapy.

Family Support (CRAFT)

Individual therapy for family members or friends affected by a loved one's substance use.

Extended Therapy Session

Longer sessions for complex cases or deeper therapeutic work, when clinically appropriate.

Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive evaluation

Full assessment for ADHD, learning disorders, mood, anxiety, and other concerns. Includes interview, testing, and a written report.

Letter or Report Writing

Documentation for employers, schools, insurers, or other third parties when requested.

Insurance Coverage
Most extended health plans cover services delivered by a registered psychologist. Check with your provider for details on annual limits.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of session by credit card. A receipt is issued immediately for your records.
Cancellation
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
